Learn how to interact with your Bible in such a way that the truth and wisdom of its pages will find ongoing practical application and manifestation in your heart and life.   Knowledge and Understanding are at the very foundational root of spiritual growth in grace.    With the eyes of your understanding being enlightened as you read and interact with God’s word, you make straight paths for the communication of the life of Christ to the inner recesses of the soul.  This is where and when the word of Christ has an effect upon us.   When we let the word dwell in us richly in all wisdom, only then will we, by God’s grace and Spirit, be transformed into the same image from glory to glory.   This is the purpose of SBU.  Our goal is that we all come into the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the fulness of Christ.   This is why we do nothing but preach Christ and his finished work.
